Expand access

Cost-effective, more easily deployed imaging tools and mobile imaging options will expand access for patients with and without insurance coverage.

Short Amount of Time Icon

Reduce time

Advanced ultrasound has been shown to reduce time-consuming biopsies and will reduce the number of screenings needed to make accurate diagnoses.

Better diagnostics

Real-time, AI analysis will provide details about morphology, vascularity, and oxygenation and a more comprehensive functional assessment of malignancies.

Save lives

Our imaging will be able to detect growths as small as 3mm, when they are easier to treat, and will do better at unmasking cancer in dense breast tissue.

How it works

Mammography misses many cancers in women with dense breasts,  and supplemental screening is expensive and often not fully covered by insurance.

BeSound is committed to helping providers streamline the diagnostic process for faster, cost-saving results and fewer steps for patients and clinicians.

I’m very diligent about my breast cancer screening, but I have very small breasts and find mammograms unbelievably painful.  The last time the compression was almost unbearable, and I needed multiple passes with the machine. Next time I’m taking pain medication before I step foot in that office.

I have a family history of breast cancer and I’m always so anxious when I’m scheduled for a mammogram.  Every time, due to having dense breasts, I get called back for an additional ultrasound screening.  I swear the anxiety and terror I experience waiting for my results is taking years off my life.

I can’t express how much I hate being crowded into that little room, wearing that hospital gown, and waiting anxiously for my mammogram. It seems like it takes hours, and every woman in the room looks scared to death.  I swear, if men got breast cancer more often it wouldn’t still be like this.
